If you still believe that republicans believe in freedom and small government, you need to get your head examined. Repubes are control freaks, every bit as insidious as nanny-state democrats.
In N.Y.’s state congress, senator Thomas O’Mara (Fascist- Big Flats) is proposing ending anonymous comment posting by requiring the commenter supply his real IP and HOME ADDRESS.
I suppose this makes perfect sense if Big Brother wants to pay a visit to anyone who says disparaging things about him. As I’ve said before, the core principle of republicans is not ’liberty’. What they believe in is ‘order’ and if that requires implementing a surveillance/police state then so be it.
Republicans are frauds.
